1. Authority and Decision-Making
1.1. The Organizer, GOIP, retains sole and absolute discretion in all matters pertaining to the administration, interpretation, and execution of these Terms and Conditions and the Initiative.

1.2. All decisions made by GOIP, including but not limited to those regarding eligibility, winner selection, rule clarification, and dispute resolution, shall be considered final and binding. No correspondence or appeal will be entertained in this regard.


2. Modifications to Terms
2.1. GOIP reserves the unequivocal right to amend, suspend, or terminate these Terms and Conditions, or the Initiative itself, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice or liability.

2.2. It is the sole responsibility of the Participant to periodically review the most current version of these Terms and Conditions, which will be made available at [Specify Location, e.g., website URL]. Continued participation following any such changes constitutes the Participant’s unconditional acceptance of the revised terms.


3. Confidentiality and Data Protection
3.1. “Confidential Information” refers to any non-public, proprietary data or materials submitted by the Participant in connection with the Initiative.

3.2. GOIP agrees to hold such Confidential Information in strict confidence and to use it solely for the purposes of administering the Initiative. This obligation does not apply to information that is or becomes publicly available through no fault of GOIP, was already in GOIP’s lawful possession, or is required to be disclosed by law or competent regulatory authority.

3.3. Personal data collected will be processed in accordance with GOIP’s Privacy Policy, available.


4. General Provisions
4.1. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Participant and GOIP concerning the Initiative.

4.2. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

4.3. The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless GOIP, its officers, and agents from any claims arising from the Participant’s breach of these terms or participation in the Initiative.

By participating in the Initiative, the Company acknowledges that it has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
